Experience

My psychotherapy training spans 18 years. In that time I have established a thriving practice. I am currently developing a teaching and supervising practice using the Transactional Analysis psychotherapy model. I have run a private practice since 2006.

I welcome difference and diversity in my practice and support equal opportunity. I have worked with a wide range of mental health problems. People come to me with emotional difficulties, such as grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family conflict, stress, exhaustion and subsequent related issues that can make life seem unbearable.

Skills

I am qualified to make a clinical diagnosis where it is necessary. I support the movement towards becoming more interested in what's happened to a person rather than being too focused on finding a diagnosis. I have seen many positive therapeutic outcomes in my work. I look for change.
